For a newer facility, cleanliness left much to be desired!!! Shower issues diminished relaxation with minimal hot water and dripping ceilings!!!

Positive, The staff were great. The location was super close to the airport. I stayed in a King Room for 3 nights, and I appreciated the convenience.

My stay at tru by hilton exceeded expectations! The staff went out of their way to help when the shuttle issue arose and breakfast options were excellent. It was super convenient to the airport and the fresh coffee while we waited was a nice touch.

i loved how this hotel put me just a short walk from the beautiful maryville-alcoa greenway and nice restaurants like starbucks and bojangles, making it perfect for my city explorations.

The lobby area had a nice modern touch with games like a pool table, which made it enjoyable for my child. The convenience of being close to the airport was a big plus. However, the room comfort was lacking. Air conditioning issues caused the room to feel damp, making it hard to relax. I encountered problems with my room key not working, leading to a frustrating back-and-forth with the front desk. Even when I changed rooms, cleanliness was another concern. There were hair and spackle on the floor, which is not what I expect from Hilton. Communication regarding shuttle services was also confusing, as I was told there was no late-night shuttle but learned later that I could have requested one. The staff were attempting to assist, but it felt like they were still getting trained, which impacted the overall experience.

Very clean room, loved the roll-in shower. Free Wi-Fi was good. Parking was tight.
